Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Kryzhopil community in the Vinnytsia region has faced numerous challenges. One of the most pressing has been meeting the needs of people with disabilities, whose number has sadly increased dramatically.
Among them are children with motor or visual impairments and veterans returning from the frontlines, who now require physical and psychological rehabilitation. Recognizing the urgency, the community administration reached out to the German-Ukrainian Society Rhein-Neckar, a long-standing partner supporting Ukrainian communities through humanitarian projects.
Now, a new milestone has been reached: humanitarian aid has arrived in Kryzhopil!
The equipment will strengthen local healthcare institutions and help create a dedicated “Veteran Support Space” – a place for recovery, therapy, and connection.
