Terms and Conditions

This document represents a public offer by Deutsch-Ukrainische Gesellschaft Rhein-Neckar e.V. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization") to conclude a charitable donation agreement.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By transferring funds via the payment methods provided on this website, the Donor accepts the terms of this Offer.
1.2. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The subject of this agreement is the voluntary transfer of funds by the Donor to the Organization to support its statutory goals (humanitarian aid, cultural exchange, support for refugees).

3. Donations and Refunds

3.1. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable German law.
3.2. As a registered non-profit organization (gemeinnütziger Verein), we use all funds exclusively for charitable purposes defined in our Statute.
